We do understand that one bad tenant can affect your investment objective. Hence we go far and beyond than just the credit checks. We carefully review

We do not rush in jumping and recommending the first tenant that applies. We work prudently to shift through the tenant details carefully to ensure we protect your investment and reduce the possibility of evictions, tenant damages and your expenses

ANSWER: We will notify immediately, consult with you and make recommendations. We will assess applicable fees, remarketing expenses, and will prepare the property to be marketed ASAP. Each lease break-up situation is different and we will recommend the best course of action to you that will minimize the financial impact on your part

ANSWER: At RAM, we believe in taking care of the tenant as we would like to be taken care of. Each tenant has access to a portal (desktop, mobile phone etc.,) that they can login, create a ticket and upload picture/video of the issue. This portal is available to them 24 x 7!

ANSWER: At RAM, you have a choice. We have an extensive network of vendors that we can assign or if you prefer to use a Home Warranty Service provider we can use them too. Typically our network of vendors provides us with a discount as well as getting THE repair issue fixed right the first time. Also, we do not employ these vendors as it will become a conflict of interest. To us, we want to use the right technician for the right repair task so it is fixed right at minimal cost and in a timely manner. Hence whether using our network of vendors or your vendor through a Home Warranty Service provider, we can coordinate the repair activity and follow up to ensure the work was done satisfactorily.
